Soviet troops start to enter Hungary

Nagy begins receiving reports of Soviet units entering the country. He also announces that Hungary is leaving the Warsaw Pact and that Hungary is neutral. Nagy also asks the United Nations to take note of this, hoping it might prevent the Soviet invasion.
